Introduction

Caritas Internationalis toolkit includes resources and formats for emergency preparedness and response: organizational preparedness, needs assessment, situation reports (Sitreps), Proposal templates, reporting, evaluation and audit. It should also be used before an emergency, to support the organizational preparedness for a response.
